Although we do our best we cannot always be available on demand for every one of our customers 24/7. There are many reasons for this but mainly there are more of you than us! Please see below for some helpful tips and reminders that will make your shopping experience easier.

Placing New Orders - Although we gladly take orders over the phone, due to the overwhelming number of customers, if possible please place your order online. All orders are processed the next business day regardless of order method and there are no differences in price or service level.

Requesting Order Status - Send requests to HolidayShopping@YourWarehouseDirect.com. We realize sometimes it is much easier to pick up a phone and ask the status of your order and we also realize you are worried your order will arrive on time. Please remember, we have many customers that all want the same information and there are only a limited number of customer service reps that can help. Most times if you call we will have to take down your information and call you back anyways since all of our items ship direct from the factory and we must request a status from that factory regarding your order. Please send order status requests to HolidayShopping@YourWarehouseDirect.com. Please reference your order number and any other information and we will respond within 24 hours regarding your order status.

Damaged Items - Although rare, when shipping large volumes of merchandise, damages do occasionally happen. We understand the disappointment when you receive damaged goods. Please understand there are processes and procedures we must follow. Please send us an email at HolidayShopping@YourWarehouseDirect.com referencing your order number and clearly describing the damages. Please carefully inspect the merchandise and send pictures if possible. We will need this information via email to accurately communicate with the factory to resolve your issue. In many cases replacement parts can be sent to expedite the process. If not, new items will be sent. We do have a no breakage guarantee. If anything arrives damaged we will always replace at no cost to you. Please keep the damaged item at the drop off location. Many times we will pick up the damaged merchandise and it must be at the same location.

Returns - For the first time ever, YourWarehouseDirect.com is waiving restocking fees on holiday returns! We fully stand behind our products but realize returns are going to happen from time to time, especially when shopping for gifts. Because all of our items ship direct from the manufacturer each item does have a different return policy. Most of our items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. For the first time ever, all purchases made between Nov 1, 2008 and Dec 31, 2008 and returned by Jan 31, 2009 will have no restock fee upon return. Check our competitors and see if they are offering you the same guarantee. Please note, customers will still be responsible for shipping the item back to the appropriate return location.  Some items do have a no return policy, please be careful. Again, please send an email to HolidayShopping@YourWarehouseDirect.com referencing the order and reason for return and we will respond with instructions. Please do not ship back any merchandise without RMA # and return instructions from us. If you ship anything back to us without permission we may refuse the delivery.
