SHIPPING
Game Time Shop items generally ships orders via
Fed Ex or UPS. Generally all in stock items ship within 3 - 5 business days of order. Please note, you must add on shipping
time to calculate your expected arrival date.
FREIGHT CLAIMS AND SHORTAGES
Loss or damage procedure to file a UPS, Fed Ex or RPS claim -
External evidence of loss or damage: It is preferable to refuse the
package at time of delivery. If that is not possible, call us as
soon as the damage is discovered; we will call the carrier to pick
up the damaged packages and we will file the freight claim. This
must be done within 15 days of receipt of merchandise! (We will
reship merchandise, at no charge, as we are filing the claim and we
will be reimbursed by the carrier.) But only if damage has been
reported to us within the specified 15 days.
RETURNS
You may return any merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer must pay for
shipping of the product back to the original point of shipment. Do
not return merchandise without a RMA #. Items returned without a RMA#
will not be accepted. |
